Can I order custom sizes to fit my frame?

Absolutely! As I am both the artist and printer of the works, I can accommodate custom sizes and specific image orientation. Please message first, and I will confirm what is possible and let you know how to proceed.

Are the works available as digital downloads?

Yes, a selection of my artworks are available instantly as digital downloads. If the you can't find the piece that you want, please contact me and I will create a digital download listing for you.

Damaged/Incorrect Items:

I'm genuinely sorry if your order didn't meet your expectations. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and attach photographs of the affected items. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Most orders arrive on time, but during busy periods, delays can occur.

UK Orders: Royal Mail considers an item lost after 10 working days from the due date. Refunds or replacements cannot be processed until after this period.

International Orders: Customs and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Royal Mail considers international items missing after 20 working days from the due date. Refunds or replacements cannot be processed until after this waiting period.

Returns:

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please notify us through the Etsy chat service if you intend to return an item. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to dispatch the item back to us. Upon receipt, you will be eligible for a full refund (minus the delivery fee).

Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The return address is on the envelope; if you no longer have it, please contact us.

My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics.
